Help Social Workers in clinical settings with the skills and understanding needed in order to complete ethical and clinical documentation.

1. Identify and discuss common problems in clinical documentation.
2. Define the basic components of clinical documentation.
3. Articulate and discuss the connection between Assessment, treatment plan and progress notes
4. Gain understanding of NASW code of ethics related to documentation and record keeping
